We make every effort to offer customers competitive prices on unique products through the Carelli Design Store. Total order amounts will include the price of the product plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges. We reserve the right to change prices for products offered at the Carelli Design Store at any time.
Should the Carelli Design Store reduce its price on any product within fourteen (14) calendar days of your shipment, you may contact us to request a refund or credit of the difference between the price you were charged and the current selling price. To receive the refund or credit you must contact us within fourteen (14) business days of your shipment.
Product Availability
We make every effort to ship your product according to the estimated shipment date provided online. Orders placed on a weekend or a holiday will begin processing the next business day (Monday through Friday). Please note unanticipated changes in supply can affect product availability.
